The Angamis are a major Naga ethnic group in Nagaland, known for their unique blend of agricultural and hunting practices. Primarily agriculturalists, they are adept at terrace and shifting cultivation, valuing land highly. Their expert hunting skills, using traps and snares made from local materials, complement their farming, making full use of their surrounding natural resources.
