Karry Padu

Karry is an independent filmmaker, writer, and director from Aalo, Arunachal Pradesh, and a founding member of the Arunachal Film Collective. With a degree in Mass Communication & Journalism and a diploma in Cinematography, she spent four years working on various projects in Mumbai before returning to Arunachal Pradesh in 2017. She has over ten years of experience in the field and runs The Wild Flower Production, a production house she established in 2018.

The Wildflower Production
A film and event-based production studio in Itanagar, the production house produces content and research based work for client. The Production also engages in events and various community-based events like poetry meets its annual poetry meet. For the Soul is an open mic poetry meet which encourages young poets from the state to write and share their work, while inviting established poets to share their work in the same stage.
